- Includes over 1,500 periodicals.
- Current Periodicals & Readers Area made possible through the generosity of The Forsyth Family.
- Electronic classroom
- Location of research classes taught by Reference Librarians.
- Library Classroom made possible through the generosity of Edward Jones Investments.
- Lecture/Conference Room
- 100 seat meeting room approximately 35' by 35' (call (314) 968-7106 to schedule or use our online schedule form).
- The Lecture/Conference Room made possible through the generosity of Ameren Corporation.
- Listening/Viewing Center
- Includes a growing collection of videos, dvds, cds, etc. as well as rooms or carrels for viewing, basic media/downloading, and listening to foreign language broadcasts. For more information, contact the Circulation Desk at (314) 968-6952.

- Adaptive Technology Room
- Offers a variety of adaptive technology equipment to aid disabled users with reading, composing documents and using the Internet (contact the Webster U. Academic Resource Center or see our Services for Special Needs page for more information).
- Curriculum Library
- Children's literature, curriculum guides, kits, textbooks, and other materials to aid students in the School of Education
- Special Collections & Archives Reading Room
- Provides reading and research space for scholars using the library's rare books and archives (for more information, see our Special Collections/Archives page).

- Webster Theses/Dissertations
- Webster has a select number of masters' theses and doctoral dissertations in the collection.
- Faculty Development Center
- Resources to aid faculty in instructional design, online and web-enhanced course development, instructional media production, workshops and training. Part of the Institute for Excellence in Teaching and Learning.

- Bound periodicals
- Older issues of magazines, journals, and newspapers.
- Microform collections and reader-printers
- Collections include various newspapers on microfilm and the ERIC documents on microfiche.
- Archives
- Includes the University Archives, the George Adam Smith Archives, the Henrietta Maizner Hochschild Collection, and other special collections. Drew, Jr. in memory of his grandfather, the Very Rev. Sir George Adam Smith, D.D., Chaplain to the Kings.

- Group study rooms
- Eighteen rooms seating 4 to 10 people are located throughout the library. Half of the rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis. Half of the rooms may be reserved on an occasional basis for Webster student and faculty academic use by calling the Circulation Desk at (314) 968-6952 or using our online schedule form. All rooms are fully wired for electronic as well as traditional research and study.

- Study Areas
- 3rd floor study area made possible through the generosity of E. Reuben & Gladys Flora Grant Charitable Trust.
- Restrooms
- Restrooms are available at the south end of the building by the elevator. A family restroom is also available in the first floor of the CyberCafe.
- Phones
- A pay phone is located in the foyer by the Edgar Road entrance. Campus phones are available on each floor by the elevator at the south end of the building.
- Art in the Library
- Works of art are displayed throughout the library. A list is available at the Reference Desk.
