Who is Eligible for Site Document Delivery?
- Currently enrolled students, staff and faculty at non-St. Louis area extended
campuses operated by Webster University
What Types of Materials Can Be Delivered?
- Copies of articles from periodicals.
- Copies of chapter of books
- Books from Webster University Library's main collections. (U.S. campuses only)
- Books from other libraries collections (U.S. campuses only)
- Up to a three-week average delivery time.

What Types of Materials Can Not Be Lent?
- Non-circulating books (e.g. reference and rare books, books on reserve, etc.)
- Entire issues of periodicals
How Will the Materials Be Sent?
- Webster University Library staff process requests for items available from the Webster University Library within 2 business days of receiving your request.
- Copies of articles and book chapters will be posted to a secured portion of our website.
- We will send the user an e-mail when the material is ready for viewing.
- Books will be delivered to the patron's address with instructions on how to
return them to the library.
- We will send materials within 2 business days, as stated above, but cannot guarantee delivery
by a specific date.
